Protecting Your Pawn Shop

A pawn shop has several responsibilities: to serve the community, to support employees, and to keep customers, employees, and anyone else on its premises safe. Having a Safety Program includes steps and commitments that all employees must take to support a safe workplace environment for all.

The goal: to eliminate all work-related injuries and illnesses.
Sapphire has established a Safety Program to help YOU reach that goal.

Sapphire has created a Company’s Safety Program that is in full compliance with current Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements; however, employees, contractors and sub-contractors should be fully cognizant of all applicable state and federal regulations and must also operate according to those laws. Failure to do so may result in an employee facing individual legal consequences.

*Safety Manuals will be delivered via mail.
**Includes OSHA posters 3165 and 3167

Diversion Prevention

Internal theft can be a deceiving factor in profit loss. Misplaced trust leaves a business vulnerable to continuous losses. An expert can implement strategies to prevent losses, including establishing a 'Culture of Honesty' or providing an anonymous internal theft hotline.

Equipment Consulting

Purchasing security equipment without knowledge on the latest technology or market prices can increase the risk of being charged a higher amount for the same equipment. Having a specialist work on your behalf like a general contractor would, can not only have a cost-saving effect on your operation but also assure that your security is compliant with industry regulations.

Talent Assessment

Employees are your number one asset. By learning what types of jobs employees will likely excel at, what their drives and needs are, and how best to manage and communicate with them, you can increase job satisfaction, reduce employee turnover and help in the success of your business.

Continuous Training

Developing a culture of safety and integrity takes time. Educating your staff on programs such as armed robbery and checks and balances sustains the company culture as future employees join the organization.

Our clients will always receive the best service from us. We promise to deliver on time, to fulfill their needs, and be there for them whenever they need us. From the application process through to facility build-out, we’re self-accountable and on hand (24/7) to address their concerns and guide them to business profitability.
